About Me

I'm a 245 lb 24 year old wife and mother of a one year old son. I have used slim-fast in the past and it works I just wasnt able to stick to it. I'm giving it another go and I need some help, which is why I'm here. If anybody is looking for a buddy add me so we can lose this weight.

  • 21 day Challenge

    So i joined one more challenge. The challenge i joined this time is the 21 day challenge. I will not eat fast food or drink soda for a WHOLE 21 days. I think this challenge and the treadmill challenge for the week will help me complete my Valentines day challenge. C1CD

  • valentines day challenge----week 3

    Okay so I started this challenge at 241. The first week I lost 4 lbs, i was thrilled. The second week I had my period and gained 1.5 lbs. This week I didnt gain and I didnt lose. I am grateful I didnt gain but I need to kick it up into high gear. I joined another challenge. I joined the reward challenge in the staying motivated group. My goal this week is to walk at least a mile every morning this week and my reward is a $10 itunes gift card. My other personal goal is to find a buddy. I do my posts but I still dont have a buddy. I need a buddy.

TODAY IS A GREAT DAY TO ADD SOMETHING NEW TO UR ROUTINE!!! TRY WALKING AN EXTRA 1/4 MILE AND WATCH THE DIFFERENCE!!! STAY MOTIVATED, STAY STRONG AND IF IT ALL GETS BORING MIX IT UP WOOOHOOOOO!!!
