home and have it later.
Choose wisely
Nutrient-dense foods like fruits and vegetables, whole grains,
nuts, legumes and lean meats and fish will keep you on track.
Eat more slowly
A slower pace can help prevent overeating. Make sure to chew your food and
enjoy each bit.
Find an activity that you enjoy
For instance, walking, dancing or swimming- and incorporate it into your
schedule. You may want to involve a friend in the activity, too. This way you
have someone counting on you to come through with your plans.
Fit fitness into your everyday life
Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park farther away from the store or,
better yet, walk or bike to your destination.
