I also have the account set up and would love to have a ticker, but don't have a clue how to make it show up here. If someone can explain how to do it please explain it in language for computer dummies. Actually I am lucky to have found my way here at all! Suzanne

  • Re: Christmas Challenge - weigh in!!!

You have done such an amazing job so far. You have proven you can do it. Don't let the chocolate undo you. I am thankful tat the chocolate SF bars are helping me keep my mind off the real thing and I make sure it is time for my bar when my husband or friend has something delicious. You can beat this. Good Luck, Suzanne

This was a great idea, Coni. I don't think I would have tried dancing at all without the challange. But dancing again was much more difficult than I expected! Whew! And sore!!! Anyway the first day I only did 2 minutes and by the third day(yesterday) I was up to 7 minutes. I am doing this three days a week. I am doing good at my 3 times a week weight

Now you sound a lot better, Coni. I think so many of us have a need to control everything else, except ourselves. You are right . life happens and we just plain have to learn new ways of dealing. We will all feel better if we can learn to control our reaction to things, because we can't control the things themselves. Good Luck and we expect to see

  • Re: My first week...

You did good this week especially with an accident. thank goodness you and your son are okay. That really puts things in perspective doesn't it? dieting is a minor inconvenience compared to other things we all face. Have a lovely day and keep up the good work. Suzanne

  • Re: My first weigh-in

Don't be dissapointed. Your four pounds are NOT somewhere. Our morning routine is fairly casual because we are retired. We talk for awhile while my husband has his two cups of coffee. This usually is around 1/2 hour or 45 minutes. When I first get out of bed I am up to a couple pounds higher, but if I weight again before we have breakfast and it

  • Re: Phentermine???

Back in the day when I was young and stupid and didn't know much (in the 60's) after I had my Son I went to the doctor and asked for some diet pills so I could loose about 30 pounds and he phoned in a perscription for me. I didn't even have to go in and see him! I started using them on a Monday morning and felt fabulous and didn't eat
