  • My new goal outfit

Well I finally reached my halfway goal of over 25 pounds and bought my new fitted outfit yesterday. I went to JCPenny and actually decided to try on some pants in the Jrs. department. I tried on some skinny cords in a size 13 and they fit! They looked really good on. I also bought a fitted shirt in a size large. Then I tried on some exercise stretch

  • Re: Noticing Weight Loss

Well finally after losing 28 pounds my weight loss was noticed at work by 3 different people. Of course I did go into work today with a new fitted outfit I bought yesterday as part of 25 pound goal. The compliments I got were you're getting to be a skinny minny, your withering away to nothing and your losing weight aren't you? The funny thing

I am proud of you that you did it. You have the best attitude by taking it one day at a time; one meal at time! Yay for you!

  • Noticing Weight Loss

I was wondering how long it took most of you before others started noticing your weight loss. I don't talk about trying to lose weight at work so noone knows I have been on the SF plan or exercising but so far I have lost 24 pounds in 2 months and noone has noticed. I'm fine with that. I am more the kind of person that likes to keep my weight

  • Goals

I was just thinking of goals and wonder what made you decide to choose your goal weight? I looked at this site for a weight that fell in the healthy weight zone and seemed to be realistic but I chose mine more on the high end of what I could weigh. Now I'm thinking that when I get down to my goal weight I could actually decide to lose another 10

  • Reached my first 20 pounds!

This morning I stepped on the scale and was so happy to see I reached my first 20 pounds. I started the slim fast plan 7 weeks ago. Now I think when I reach 25 pound loss which is also halfway to goal I will buy myself one fitted outfit.

  • Re: BMI motivation

Back in summer of 2006 at my heaviest weight my BMI was 40. When I started the SFplan on August 30th, 2009 my BMI was 31 (still obese) according to their chart. And now presently 20 pounds lighter my BMI is 28 (overweight yay!).

  • Re: Empowered

Well since I've started the SF plan on August 30th I've either been going for a 7 mile walk outside which takes me 2 hours or if the weather is bad I go to the gym for 2 hours. Lately it's been chilly here in Maine so I've been going to the gym for 2 hours. I do 30 minutes on the bike, 30 minutes on the ellyptical and 1 hour on the treadmill
