Hello! I'd Like to join as well. I'm awful with motivation for myself, but reading that you fell into a routine makes it seem like I may be able to as well. 7/5 Elliptical for 35 mins, 7/6 off, 7/7 Elliptical for 35 mins. I'm planning on working out today... just don't know what yet. Good luck to all!

[quote user="azbax"] Oh darlin', you ARE gonna do it, I just know it! One of the hardest things for me was to come to terms with WHY I had gained the weight. I didn't think I was an emotional eater, but danged if I'm not! LOL! When I was much younger I gained weight due to a bad, miserable, rotten marriage. : ) When I got divorced

[quote user="ThePearl1443"] I'm new to this site however; I am a veteran when it comes to weight loss challenges. I don’t know how many times I have started and stopped. That is one of the reason I’m still trying. I would say, please don't beat yourself up if you fall off for a moment. My advice for you would be for you

[quote user="annataylor21"] I started out the same way that you have. Its hard at first even if your mind is set to it, but the more you beat yourself up about it the more likely you are to let your weight get out of control. There will be times when you will say a gain, but its not that big of a deal, your body does fluctuate. Another thing

And to you.... That's awesome. I've been on 2 weeks now (going into my third) and I still fall victim to my temptations sometimes, hence my 3 pounds regained. Stay focused on that goal, and you will do great! I think i'll use you're trick... and think about that bikini I want to wear next summer! Keep it up!!

[quote user="chubbyairman"] I didn't face down my moment of temptation so well. thanks to one dinner I gained back 2 of the 4 pounds I had originally lost. that sucked so much I can't even speak. but I went back on and lost one of those 2 pounds. so now I'm down by 3. I just hope I do as good as you in the future. because spending

  • Re: Now it's my turn!

Thank you! I've been beating myself up because I've gone overboard lately. I said tomorrow is a new day as well, and it is. I feel better knowing I wasn't the only one. We can both start over tomorrow. :-) You can do it!!!
