    I am the same way. I do great the first week or too then I get lazy. It's very hard to stay motivated. Its not the eating healthe part it's the excersing part. IHATE EXCERSING!!!

    Hi Sarah! You get way more servings in the can of powder than you do in the 6 pack. A can will last me about a week at 2 shakes a day. It's not that more in price. A 6 pack will last what..2 maybe 3 days depending how many you drink in a day. The 6 pack is good if you are always on the go and its easier to just grab a can out of the fridge. But

    Motivation is my biggest obstacle. Not the eating healthy part I can do that even though I do have a pretty big sweet tooth and it can hinder my good intentions at times. It's the excercising part. I really need someone to get me in gear.

    Hi..biking burns more calories than walking. Time doesnt matter its how hard you are working not how long. Walking for 10 minutes only burns about 50 calories..biking for 10 minutes burns 100 calories because you are working harder. U can definantly feel the difference

    I use Benefiber...or the generic brand its cheaper and works just as well. It dissolves in your drink or food. It's tastless and it doesnt thicken. It hardly has any calories. I put in water or other low calorie drink before I eat.and it helps fill me up so I dont eat that much. i put it in my SF shakes too.
