    I didn't set out to do this today, but for some reason I was hungry ALL day, but just a "little" hungry. Like, I was never hungry enough to eat a WHOLE meal, but I was constantly having 100 to 200 calorie mini meals all day, it seemed. For example, a bowl of oatmeal, half a sandwich with no cheese and just two thin slices of sandwich meat

    Jillian, Way to go girl! That's how I have to do it, too, because if there are Little Debbie cakes in the pantry when I'm looking for a sweet, it's HARD to resist! LOL I've gotten to the point now though where Special K is really sweet to me, and I can have a bowl of that with some ice cold milk, and it really satifies that craving.

    Heck YEAH!! Especially if you go up at a sort-of quick pace. I WISH we had stairs. The stair climber at the gym really kicks my BUTT lol And it burns calories WAY faster than the treadmill. (But it's constantly like climbing up, and never going down.) I can run for a mile or two at a time and my legs barely get sore, but I did 45 minutes of step

    What are some GOOD choices I can make when I'm craving carbs?     Hey girl!! Sounds like you're doing a GREAT job! :) Were you able to turn down the seconds?? If not, theres just ONE tiny thing I want to say, and I don't mean this negatively or in a know-it-all type of way AT ALL, but MAKE SURE you eat the right amount of calories each day. I think I had gotten all the way up to 220 when I was pregnant, but I wouldn't look at the scale then, so I'm not sure! It was a terrible feeling! And
