Hi dianapurple, One thing that is really important in achieving lasting weight loss is eating enough calories. Having 2 shakes and a salad per day is way under the amount of calories anyone should consume. While the amount of calories someone should have per day varies based on weight and height, everyone needs at least 1200 calories. I posted this

Hi MoyaJaso, Congratulations on getting started toward your weight loss goal! Based on your post, it seems like you may not be eating enough calories. I know that is the opposite of what people expect. Hi gretchen10, The good news is that each Slim-Fast meal plan has a certain number of fruits or vegetables and snacks that you can have throughout the day between your meals. We recommend that you have a snack 2-3 hours after a meal. Below is the break down for what's recommended in terms of fruits, veggies, and snacks by weight: Up to 140 lbs:

Hi ashkii, The diary is down for maintenance right now but you can log your food intake in "My Meal Plan." You can "Add Items" from the food database or "Define New Food" and put in the nutritional information and title for a new food not in our food database. You can also "Define New Recipe" and put in the ingredients

  • Re: subway

Hi urdream05, The Slim-Fast plan is flexible to fit your food preferences. If you want to have the Subway sandwich that is 310 calories, you may want to have it for your sensible meal and just add some fruits and vegetables to it so that the total for the meal would be about 500 calories. If you plan on having it for your meal combination, you could

Hi suegoetz, The My First Six Plan has about 1200 calories per day. We don't recommend that anyone consume less than 1200 calories per day. If you find that you are hungry while following the My First Six Plan, you may want to just switch to the Optima plan (you would switch to the Optima plan after 2 weeks on My First Six anyway) recommended for
