    While biking does develope the muscles of the legs, it also incorporates the core, shoulders and arms. Again it depends on how long, what kind and at what intensity you bike at. The most important thing is to find an activity that you enjoy because if you enjoy it you are more likely to stick with it. If you choose biking buy yourself a bike computer
