  • Give me an example of what you are eating and when?

    I am starting the 1300 calorie SF plan. I have been eating a sf muffin bar and a skim Chai for breakfast(250 calories), no AM snack, a shake for lunch, a few almonds for a PM snack, a Lean Cuisine for dinner, and then an evening snack of 100 calorie pack or 2. A bit under 1300 calories, but does it look right? Not losing yet. One week on the plan.

  • When did you start seeing results?

    How long before you started seeing results? I work out every morning and have good days and bad days with my eating. I have been on the Slimfast program for a week now and no results. I only need to lose about 15 pounds. I have a hard time staying motivated if I do not see results.

  • Not losing the weight?

    Hi, I started Slimfast last Thursday, the 17th and weighed myself this morning and it has not budged. Why? I am 35 and exercise (aerobics) every morning for 45 minutes and usually go for a walk or something in the PM. I have been having a SF muffin bar with a Skim Chai in the morning, or a SF shake. No morning snack. A salad or a SF shake for lunch
