    The goal is to stick to your calorie allottment each day, and to try and spread your calories out evenly throughout the day.  We recommend eating every 2-3 hours to help prevent hunger and overeating later on.

    For the most part, I would recommend staying away from fried foods.  These foods tend to be high in fat, calories, and saturated fat (the "bad" kind).  If on occasion, you have fried food that is ok, but I would try to keep it to only a couple of times a month.

    It is best if your dinners are balanced.  Aim for 4-6 ounces of lean protein (i.e. chicken, fish, or lean beef), a 1/2 cup of starch (i.e. baked potato, brown rice, etc.), and the rest of your plate should be steamed vegetables.  Tuna can be great as the protein portion of your dinner, but you should still add some veggies and a starch to even out your meal.

  • Hi guys my name is Denise I am 24 years old and today I woke up I had a slimfast shake and water lunch I had a half of a turkey sandwich with a banana and shake and water for my snack I had a slimfast snack bar and a glass of water and for lunch I wanted to know if it was okay if I had fried shrimp with fries and a diet pepsi? or should I just bake all of my foods for dinner staying away from anything fried. Also is tuan good for dinner with a diet coke please give me some feedback?
