  • I also agree with everyone.  No non-Slimfast options for lunch or breakfast any more.  I have to go with what I've been doing in the past.   It's an unfortunate and unnecessary change.  Please bring back the old format.

  • I have tried to print and the page keeps coming up blank. Unfortunately I am so displeased with this new "improved" site that I will be looking elsewhere. To others out there who are also displeased I will post a comparable website that allows calorie tracking and substitutions. It's easier to "count" calories when the computer does it for you. This new site forces you to manually keep track of your foods if you deviate at all from the prescribed plan. This new easier way isn't really easy. It's more time consuming and not at all user friendly. Good luck to all who wish to stay with this website!

  • But this new "simpler" slim fast "Meal Plan" leaves you with only around 1100 calories a day which is not nearly enough and extremely unhealthy. What was good about the old site was that we didn't have to 'customize' what we were having, it did all of that for us. There was even a grocery list made up. It took all the thought work out of it. Bottom line, this new plan is not better. It is not 'simpler'. It just really generally sucks. I would tell Slim Fast that but I can't find any way to do that on this site other than through you. As for the balanced meal, you can only change the main course, not the sides and they take forever to load and change. I was really excited about Slim Fast when I joined and now I'm just really disapointed and probably going to look for other diet plan options.

    Thank you for your comments.  The New Slim-Fast.com follows the New Slim•Fast 3•2•1 Plan, where we have simplified the diet plan so you don't need to count calories.   Unfortunately, with the change to the new website, we were unable to transfer over the information from the old meal planner and the weight chart since they are not compatible with the new meal planner and the new Progress Tracker.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

    If you still prefer to follow the Optima Plan or a modified plan, you can still edit your meal planner.  Under each meal or snack, you can click on "customize" and type in exactly what you are having.

    Also, for those of you who want to print the menus, if you click on "Weekly Plan", you can print the plan for the week.  

    We have introduced new easy-to-use weight loss tools, such as the new Meal Planner and Progress Tracker, to help you with your weight loss.

  • I used this website back in 2006 and loved it. I fell off the weight loss wagon and was excited to see when I checked early last week the website was unchanged. I logged in this week to print out my meal plan and everything has changed! I can't even get the menu to print. The substitutions are and recipes are harder to locate. I would love to get the old website back!

  • Where is the detailed meal plan? Where are my personal food choices and recipes???? I want the old meal plan back PLEASE!!! I can't plan my calorie intake this new and "simple" plan. I loved having meal substitute choices with nutritional information.

  • I HATE this new website.  I feel very restricted in my choices.  Can we get the ol one back?

  • I don't care for this website at all. I would love to have the old site back.  It was much easier to plan meals for the week and you had more choices for the breakfast and lunch other than a shake and bar and still able to lose weight.

  • I am very flexible but this is strange and I hope it works better for all of us, I've been using the plan and site since Jan. 7 2009 and have lost 57lbs.

  • I completely agree, I liked the old site a lot better too. It was so much easier because you didn't have to think about food or plan meals. I'm a very active person and I know that a shake and a meal bar substituting for 2 meals out of my day are definitely NOT going to be enough calories. But there's no suggestion on how to add calories and no more detailed meal plan.
