  • How are we suppose to keep up with our calories now? I used to plug everything in on here instead of having to actually write it down. I don't eat all slim-fast stuff, just one shake a day usually. I really liked the way the old website was a lot better.

  • Your plan was set at 1700 calories based on your weight, height and activity level.  If you feel satisfied at 1400-1500 calories, you can stick with that amount.  However, if you find that you are losing more than 2 pounds per week, you may need to add in additional calories.  Losing more than
2 pounds a week can be associated with health problems and is also more difficult to maintain over the long term.

  • My meal plan recommends 1700 calories a day, but I have been eating between 14 and 1500 a day. Is this okay? I feel really satisfied with this amount.
