OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Sweepstakes Period: The Slim·Fast Fashion Rewards Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2008 (Sweepstakes Period).

2. How to Enter: To enter, visit www.slim-fast.com ("Site") during the Sweepstakes Period, click on the Fashion Rewards button and sign up to be a Slim·Fast Fashion Rewards member and you will receive one entry into that monthís drawing. Each subsequent month, in order to receive an entry for that corresponding month only, you may log on the site and click the "Enter me for this monthís drawing" button. All online entries must be completed and submitted by each monthís end date (as indicated in the chart below), to be eligible for that drawing only. All online entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2008 to be eligible for the final drawing. Limit one entry per person/email address per month.

3. Random Drawings: One Grand Prize Winner will be selected in each of twelve (12) separate random drawings, one (1) from each month (as defined in the chart above) of the Sweepstakes Period. Each drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during each month. Drawings will take place approximately seven (7) days after the end of each month (as indicated above). Drawings will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during each month.

4. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of date of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever (the "Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively "Sponsor and its Administrators") and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate.

5. Prize: Grand Prize (12 - 1 per month): A $1,000 check. Income and other taxes, related to the prize are winnerís sole responsibility. Limit one prize per person/household/email address. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

6. General Rules: Prizes will be awarded and Grand Prize Winners will be notified by phone/mail/e-mail. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is allowed, except by the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Grand Prize Winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal) within seven (7) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Grand Prize Winners, by accepting prize and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree, as applicable, to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes, from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever, for injuries, death, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or for any typographical or other error in these official rules or the announcement of offering of the prizes. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winnerís name, photograph and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. In case of dispute, entry will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates these official rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner: or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor and its Administrators are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing and administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will award the applicable Grand Prizes from eligible online entries received prior to cancellation.

7. Winners List: For the names of the winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by January 31, 2009, to: Slim·Fast Fashion Rewards Sweepstakes Winners, P.O. Box 7999, Melville, NY 11775-7999.
