How to Dine with Sensible Meals

The Portion Size Guide, below, makes it easy to visualize what a sensible meal should look like. As a general rule, always fill 1/2 of your plate with veggies, 1/4 with lean protein (such as chicken without the skin, turkey, fish or lean beef) and 1/4 with starch (preferably whole grain) and enjoy a salad on the side and a serving of fruit or fruit salad for dessert. Bon apptit!
