  • starting all over!!!

    ookay, so i totally decided to count calories but i was eating all the fattning ones...eating microwable food, and a lot of nutritious bars...and the true i gain wegith agian!!!  but i was doing this because i could not work out! but now i started working out is been 1 1/2 week, i lowered the speed and change my routine so now i don't feel exsausted!! i change my dinner and only eating 1 nutrieint bar....and eating vegetables for snacks!!! that is really important so i wont put my weight again until december 3!!  buth im happy i now im loosing again :).....

    i finally went down, my 5 lbs :).. It takes me much longer 5 whole weeks, but is okay atleast im doing it the healthy way, because even thought with 1400 calories, i can't work out for more than 30 mts!!! i need more fuel!! for a 50 mits...intense work out.. so next month, another 5! or maybe more. :)

    ssssoooooo, i don't t hink i lost anything either... i talk to the dietician n mabye i need to change my calorie intake, or work out something else, but i don't think nothing is wrong because i feel skinnier,!! just the scale is not showing it...hhhmmm, is usually like this... i remember the first time i did slim fast i had to wait 2 months to loose lbs,.. and i wasn't even doing the plan right!! well, im giving it one more month with out cheating anymore, because i cheat atleast once a month, or twice!! is hard w/ family... or is just im not learning ot keep my promises of not cheating!! im trying again this month, and not cheating anymore!! that's it.! but im not giving up on the weight lost, i can't never give up until li reach my goal.!!! seriously!!

    Im pretty sure im losing weight, since my pants are fitting  better again. I didn't see a change in weight, but a gain weight?? my weight changes very quickly, i been really carefully sometimes its just hard and i was eating very unhealthy this whole week, so maybe that is why.... i had kfc and hotdogs...i try not to eat this, but i travel once a week to mexico...so is really hard to do the diet out on the streets...i can't never do it even though i take bars...hopefully,  i will be back on track for next thursday. :)

    sooo, i decided not to weight myself until the end of the month however, i could not resist so i weighted since is already a nother week@@ and yeap!! this time it work!! im went down 5 lbs.!! so im hoping to loose another 2 by the end of the month.

    decided n ot to weight myself since is only 2 lbs i lost, i feel if i see 2 and 2 all the time i t will become depressing, soooo is more chanllenging for me to wait til the end of teh month, so every end of month i will post how much i lost :) .. i felt i did really good this week , did not feel hungry and i actually forget about snacking ...if i forget i don't eat the snack since is only 40 calroies im eating... ill wait till next thursdsayy

    i seem the same since i love love lvoe to work out, a lot.. but i gain 20 lbs. :*( so im back on slim fast. The shakes and bars make me go back to slim fast wish i can eat more, but since i am so loya l to my diets i only have what i need... Okay, ill see how long it take me i just love fitting into my jeans size 7 i can help it..  ;)

    did not loose weigth, but i feel much thiner alreaday!!!! i know is working. this is how i am i wont go down on scale as quickly, but my body just slims since the first day ...soo im not that dissapointed,because im starting to go back to eating of course, A LITTLE!! but that's the way it has to be even when i stop the diet because i gol upppp,!! upp really quickly. which suck because i don't even consume junk food at all :* now i know what it feels to be thinnn..too bad for models,but the feeling n lookiing good is something that makes me feel happy ! i can stay in 160 i look good but my pants are tight! n, my sis is already noticing the change i hate it! she told me last night it looks like your gaining weight again? i did not tell them im back on diet im keeping it a secret since is only 20 lbs. until next thursdayyy
