I must say for the most part I hate to excersise and I don&amp;#39;t really know why because I do feel better after I do it. I ride my excersise bike while watching tv it makes the time go by faster for me. I also walk, I don&amp;#39;t really like walking on my treadmill, but right now there&amp;#39;s alot of ice still outside where I live and I&amp;#39;m afraid of falling (don&amp;#39;t need to injure myself I don&amp;#39;d want any excuses to slow down my progress ). Three and half years ago I was in a terrible head on collision that resulted in my leg (femur bone) and pelvic socket being shattered in over 60 pieces It took me a long time to recover and the pain I have now will probably be life long. So needless to say I really want to loose this weight hopeing my leg will feel better along with rest of me. After the car accident it really made me put things in perspective I don&amp;#39;t take things for granted now ,and I know how precious life is I always did it just really made me stop and notice everything more cleary and see what I wanted to change in my life the weight issue took a little longer for me to tackle right away because it was several months before I could even walk - so yes I packed on even more weight - depressing - but now, I&amp;#39;m determined to take it off for good!!! My children are motivation for me I want to get healthy to be able to watch them grow up into handsome men. This week (my weigh in day is friday) I lost 5 pounds making my total lost 14 pounds ya hoo!!! I&amp;#39;m happy. - Sorry if I rambeled on to much sometimes I don&amp;#39;t know when to stop LOL.
