I noticed my booTAY is smaller!? #2. My stomach is flattening out and looks more defined! #3. My jeans and shorts are starting to feel loose! #4. I noticed I looked different in the mirror today and finally realized my face is thinner! #5. When I woke up today, I noticed my stomach is smaller when I&amp;#39;m laying on my side! #6. It&amp;#39;s almost been two weeks on slim fast (about a month or so since cutting portion sizes and drinking lots of water) and the back fat is going away and I&amp;#39;m beginning to look long and lean through my midsection! The workouts are really speeding things up!! #7. Even if I put on a few of those 21 pounds I lost, I can tell today that those are gone again, plus some! I believe I&amp;#39;ve finally broken past that lower mark I got to 2 years ago! I&amp;#39;m well on my way, Woohoo!! #8. My thighs look different! I can&amp;#39;t tell exactly what the change is, but Oh Well!!! They must be getting thinner!! They&amp;#39;re not touching together as much as they used to! #9. Today I noticed I&amp;#39;m thinning out throughout my chest and neckline and it makes me look taller!!! I&amp;#39;m getting really excited now!!!!!! =) #10. Today my husband said my weight loss is really noticeable now and then he told me I looked hot! LOL! Now that&amp;#39;s motivation!!!!! (of course he&amp;#39;s sweet and has always thought I&amp;#39;ve looked good) :) #11. Weird but this is a good thing. My stomach is super jiggly! The fat cells are breaking up and soon this jelly belly will be history! FINALLY!!! It&amp;#39;s all worth it. #12. Yep, lots of shrinking fat cells! I can tell so much that my whole body is changing! Soon all of this will melt off, Woohoo!! Shouldn&amp;#39;t be too much longer till I need new jeans and shorts!!! =D #13. Today I put on a pair of my denim shorts without unbuttoning or unzipping them first. They just pulled right up with room to spare! Wow, I&amp;#39;m so amazed at how much my body is changing. I feel like a new person and I&amp;#39;m so proud of myself for my efforts and I&amp;#39;m so grateful for the great results I&amp;#39;m seeing now! =) #14. Today I can almost see my new body! I had forgotten what I even looked like underneath the extra weight!! My waist actually has an hourglass shape and it&amp;#39;s been years since I have seen that!!! Counting calories and drinking water is the key for me!! Yay, I almost feel &amp;quot;FREE&amp;quot;!!! I am SO grateful!!! #15. The normally tight around my stomach pair of denim shorts looked baggy on me after wearing them for a little while. This is happening!! This is really happening! =D #16. I&amp;#39;m starting so see my collarbones. I LOVE that!!! =D #17. Today I put on my jeans without unbuttoning or unzipping them. Another great sign! I&amp;#39;m still not weighing until my jeans and shorts are so baggy on me they fall down. LoL! #18. Two pairs of my cotton shorts w/button and zipper fall off of me! They are now pj&amp;#39;s because I canNOT wear them out anywhere! WOOHOO!!! #19. What used to be my tightest pair of shorts are starting to look baggy so I won&amp;#39;t be wearing them much longer! #20. My husband walked around the corner at the store last night and said, &amp;quot;I think you&amp;#39;ve lost more than the 3 inches you guessed. You look little and your legs look smaller.&amp;quot; Thank you, Thank you!! =D I&amp;#39;m grateful for his motivating comments! And grateful for my inner strength in helping me to achieve this goal. :) #21. My tightest jeans are almost too loose to wear and my shorts, well I don&amp;#39;t have many pairs left because everything is starting to fall off of me now!!!!! I&amp;#39;m also seeing muscle tone in my thighs! Finally, through all the patience, it&amp;#39;s paying off and I&amp;#39;ll be buying new clothes very soon!!! Yay!!!! =D #22. Woohoo! My sister did a double take on me when I picked her up at the airport! She said she can tell I&amp;#39;ve lost a lot of weight. Ahhh, what a sweet sign of progress in this diet and very motivating!!! :) #23. About 3 months into this now and I can&amp;#39;t wear my favorite shorts anymore. Time to go shopping! My shorts and jeans are so loose it&amp;#39;s crazy!!!!! I&amp;#39;m doing it this time, I&amp;#39;m really doing this! I&amp;#39;m so grateful. Healing the inside and having this newfound happiness and joy has been the key to this success. :) The outside is reflecting the inside now in a positive way. The key is healing and cleaning up any negativity and healing old issues from the past and finding the way to a happier more abundant life. Loving and nurturing myself enough to do so and finding my self worth and letting the past go has completely changed the course of my life! Now the weight loss has melted off the old exterior and the old negatvity from the past. I&amp;#39;m loving being able to see the body I was born to have that hid underneath those old issues for so long. May everyone who reads this find their way and live in abundance! We&amp;#39;re all worth it and if we don&amp;#39;t feel like it then that is simply a judgment we have placed on ourselves. Finding where that judgment came from and what caused us to treat ourselves destructively, is the key to healing and finding our self worth. Remember no matter what negative thing anyone said to you or about you was simply their own issues projected onto you! You are nothing less than the best, doing the best you can with what you know and with what you have. Remember the facts, the greatness in you! Forgive yourself of the past and move forward in a positive light. We are all innocent and we always do the best we can. Forgive yourself of the judgments you have placed on yourself and see yourself for who you really are.
