Any ideas? It's not really lost and I don't want it back :) Are there any words that could be more descriptive of all the hard work it takes to weigh one pound less this week? Something that encompasses the sheer willpower and momentum to move more and eat 3,500 calories less? If I'm on the computer typing...then I'm not in the kitchen eating.

I think that there must be another more exhilirating word than "lost" as in "lost a pound". Any ideas?
