That&amp;#39;s three workout days in a row that I have made it out of the house for a while! I only ran the first day, but have successfully worked up a sweat in the two subsequent workouts which counts for me. I&amp;#39;m so proud of myself! I&amp;#39;m also very happy that my husband has found a constructive way to participate in my weight loss. Instead of badgering me, he is encouraging and walks with me. It is amazing! We&amp;#39;re doing great and I&amp;#39;m doing great. The day I did, I went out and did a walk/jog as my first workout. I then took a day off to rest and noticed a twinge in my right knee. I have injured my right ankle so many times that I have favored it and caused damage all along the right side of my body. Fun times, I know! But, I was careful with my jogging and only did as much as I felt comfortable with. Yesterday I was still feeling the twinge and was also not interested in going out in the thunderstorms for another walk/jog. My husband and I were watching tv when &amp;quot;The Crow&amp;quot; came on. I hadn&amp;#39;t seen that movie in years so of course I wanted to watch the whole thing. Then the first three &amp;quot;Saw&amp;quot; movies were on next! How could I leave the house with so much keeping me glued to the couch?! But, the dog was restless and so was I. With my husband&amp;#39;s encouragement , I recorded the three movies and we went for a walk. It was brisk and I broke a sweat. I did not run, but I did get up and move. And my husband was supportive and nice!
