Drink an 8oz glass of water first thing in the morning I now carry a water bottle with me like a security blanket. It&amp;#39;s 32oz so I know I need to have one finished by lunchtime and another by the end of the day. I keep snack bars, trail mix, and other non-perishable healthy snacks in my bag so there is never an excuse to eat crap from the vending machine. I&amp;#39;ve also stopped carrying $1 bills and change. This way I know that if I really want something I have to make the effort to go find someone to break it for me. Every time, I&amp;#39;ve decided to stick with my healthy snack instead.
