Do you? Anyway this is what I was trying to send you see below Hi how are you doing? How is your diet today? Mine is going good so far. Cross your fingers it continues to go well. Yesterday I only went over by 40 calories of the 1700 calories the site said I should eat. I would like to get it under the 1700 calories but I am happy with it for now. I am not going to cut out all the junk food out of my diet to start. But what I am going to do is portion it better then just sit with a whole bag of chips or a box of cookies. Yesterday the only food I ate that could be considered junk food was some popcorn. So I am happy about that. I already have snacks portion into ziploc&amp;#39;s so if I get the need for them it would only be a small amount. Well that is all for now.
