I found it ........ I gained 2lbs, I went to a wedding ate like a pig, I already had that bad subway exper. I&amp;#39;m ok now.......... I also have a bad water retention problem especially around that time of the month............ I&amp;#39;m not depressed about it. I fell down and jumped right back up...........BC of the support I get from my slimfast family........Everyones success is my success..........I&amp;#39;m very happy when I see average people like me winning at this. Like I always say this is not a piece of cake...............Especially for someone like you who have small children it&amp;#39;s not easy trying to find some much needed time for your self..... I had a great work out the last two days and my eating is more on track......... I&amp;#39;m on a stricker slimfast diet. I even did good at the theater and had popcorn with curry powder and nutritional yeast (and no butter).
