Ughhh I didn't even loose a lb this week. I guess the good news is that I did not gain any either. I am soooo not looking tword the holidays :[

Ugh Im not loosing any weight and to top it off I gained 3lbs :[ My boyfriend ordered some chaps for his motorcylce online and got the in the mail today. He was like hey baby try them on and when I did they hardly fit around my fat waist and they are a size 36. Ughh I am so depressed now I don't even want to eat or do anything. Just take a bunch of laxitves and drink my slim fast shakes only.

I lost 8lbs in my first week

Ok so today is the offical first day with slim fast. Last night my boyfriend and I went grocery shopping and bought the one that comes in powder sense I am loactose intollerant. Anyways I noticed there was a new slim fast. Does anyone know if it still the same as the optima one? Is slim fast going to stop making the optima? This morning woke up and had my shake then a few hours later I still wasn't hungry but made myself eat some lemon peper tuna on crackers for my snack. When lunch timed rolled around I still wasn't hungry but I know that I have to eat every couple hours to keep up my metoblism so I had my other shake and now I feel so full that my stomach feels like it's stretching. I still havent ate my 2nd snack and had dinner uhh I hope this feeling goes away soon becasue tonight my boyfriend and I are going for our walk and working out.

Instead of weighing myself everyday im going to just weigh myself every friday to see if I have lost any. Also going to take mesurements because I know that your more likely to loose inches before weight.

Well, think I have lost it due to me being sick but haa I will take it. Just need to keep it off and I will be happy. Tomorrow starts my first day on slim fast and hope this will help it even more.

Lol. I have no clue how I lost 2lbs in a day. Maybe it was water weight ehh who know but I will take it :) Also I think I should get a tape mesure thingy ( not sure what they are called) to see if I am loosing inches
