I am back on board. Biggest Loser is on tonight. It is a real inspiration to me! I think I am going to go back and watch some previous seasons I didn&amp;#39;t watch. I exercise during the show on Tuesday nights. I seem to have stalled out in losing for a couple weeks. It probably has something to do with the stress I have been under. between 6-10pm I have &amp;quot;the munchies&amp;quot;!!! I don&amp;#39;t know how to curb those cravings. I know it is out or boredom. I ah finishing my Master&amp;#39;s degree and I study and working on the computer in the evenings. I was really wanting to be down to 100 pounds by Christmas and I feel like I am not going to make it now.
