I know what it is like to want to drop the pound all at once. Celebrate the victory of 5 pounds. Don&amp;#39;t push yourself to have a huge weight loss every week. Work hard and just celebrate the pounds as they come off. If you aim beyond your reach you are sitting yourself up for a lot of depression if happens to be one pound lost. Believe me I have done that. No more I will try my best and celebrate the victory no matter how small. Just remember we didnt gain this weight overnight and it is not going to come off over night either.
