I guess some other goals would be to get up from the computer and work out. Probably with weights. I could try to do sit-ups but they have never been my favorite. My main goal is to get my stomach down. I want a firm stomach or rather one that doesnt jiggle when I walk. Another goal is to walk every day. At least when I work at the Mall. I can walk on my 15 minute breaks and also on my 1/2 hour lunch. There is someone at work that is always asking if I want to walk and I am always saying no. One reason is because she is on her 1/2 hour when she walks and I am only on my 15 minute break so I know once I get started I wont want to stop until she has to stop. Another reason is that I have to take my lunch before 5 hours of being on the clock. To outline, because I talk a lot, to get up from the computer to do workouts (regardless what they workouts may be), to get a better stomach, and to walk everyday. I just have to get out of my comfortable habits. Which are going to the breakroom when it is break time. I need to walk instead. It is so much easier to just go and sit down after being on my feet for a couple of hours, or when I am sooo tired. Hopefully walking will help with the tiredness and the feet. I have heard that it helps but it has never really helped before.
