I am staying on track for most parent but i weighed my self today couldn&amp;#39;t help myself and it said i lost 4 pounds so far.. yay because like i said i use to eat like crazy and i been sticking to my shake and a sensible dinner i also relized now i get fuller faster when i eat dinner... i use to eat 2 to 3 play now i am lucky if i finish 1 so i have started do portions... lol...
