I am yo-yo ing now, Got to start plan 2. ha ha Exercise and lighter suppers. The holidays are not the best time to do this. But if I dont , then no time will be good. I need to do this to get more energy and feel better. I will be able to be more active with my gr-kids too. I keep reminding myself of that. It is my best incentive. I love my little ones and want them to be proud of me. Do you have any suggestions? I am 53 years old. I have trouble with grazing when I get home from work. I am working on it tho. I eat string cheese stick, ! only. I love crstyal light drinks and also diet green tea. I am trying my best to not reeach 200 lbs. I am in the 190-194 range now. All it takes is one weekend and I am up to 197 easy. I hate that. I started using a treadmill at work today. First time on one. It was like a walk through the woods, my balance was terrible. I was told that I will get better as I get used to it. I hope so. Do you have a treadmill you can use? I wouldnot if I was not at work. Please write me back, we can talk. It depends how bad you really want this. I started chewing gum to stay away from sweets. It works but it gets old after awhile. I&amp;#39;m 55 years old. I had open heart surgery in 2001 so that&amp;#39;s one reason why I&amp;#39;m trying to get healthy. I started working with a trainer over two years ago and I follow a nutrition program I had taken after I&amp;#39;d had surgery and I work out at home. I have one daughter age 29 and two beautiful granddaughters age 5 &amp;amp; 4. I&amp;#39;ve been married for 35 years as of Monday. I am my husband&amp;#39;s secretary for his construction business. It has taken me this long to lose 57.5lbs. but it&amp;#39;s worth it. I feel so much better and I actually am the smallest one in the family other than the granddaughters! I am doing it the right way and by doing so I have a better chance of keeping it off. I love The Biggest Loser. That show has been an inspiration to me. I told my trainer I want to go on the show to lose the last 16.5lbs. I want to lose. He just laughs and said they&amp;#39;d never take me because I&amp;#39;m healthy now. Darn!
