I&amp;#39;ll do really well for 4 or 5 days, then completely mess up. I need to lose about 25-30 lbs. My biggest problem is that my daily calories has only been about 1200-1500 for the past few months, and I excercise about 45 minutes a day to begin with, so really its like how much less can I really eat, and how much more can i really excercise. i had my first weigh in today, I lost 3 lbs.
