It was a long hard year for me, and i needed it! But here I am again, resetting my goals. And I will do it this time! Finished up final exams, took a long weekend with the boyfriend down the shore, moved home. All of which were stressful. But, I am back on this weightloss train, although i am not going to weigh myself until next week, because i am afraid to see the results. Hope everyone is doing good&lt;/p&gt;</description></item><item><title>weight = 132.4 which mean i lost about half a pound from last week. I did good all week and then had a bad weekend. Ate alot on mothers day, and had a few drinks saturday night. In the midst of moving, and final exam time, everything is so stressful. I eat emotionally, and I eat more because I&amp;#39;m up for more hours. And I&amp;#39;m sure the stress doesn&amp;#39;t help. I&amp;#39;ve added somethings to my work out to shake it up a bit. In addition to my 30/30 elliptical/bike, i started doing billy bo blanks solid abs work out. I also started doing a bit of weight training for my arms. My gym membership ends thursday, and I will not be renewing do to financial constraints, So I will need to start finding some new cardio workouts I suppose! I&amp;#39;m trying really hard not to be discouraged about today. even though i feel like a bloated whale. I walked 1.5 miles into the city, and 1.15 miles back. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, and 30 minutes on the stationary bike! I&amp;#39;m going to so some ab work later. I wanted a dunkin donuts bagel with cream cheese (550 calories) and i would have ended up getting a coolata (almost 200 cals) sooo badly today. Instead as a snack I made myself a half of turkey sandwich with mustard, and later on had diet hot chocolate. I&amp;#39;m still kind of craving that bagel...
