I got your message about where is everybody. I have been working extra this week , one night I put up the Christmas tree. Wed and Thurs and Fri we had bigger than I wanted to eat suppers.:( . I need to stoop that.... It is hard tho you know. I get on here at 6:15 am and again at 5:30 pm and around 8 pm. Everyday. I will look for your comments. Keep trying , I am learning that I have to do more and more to progress . Lets boost each each. Remember Slim-Fast cans are out of the diet for now. The powder is OK tho. That is what I am using. Do you have any time when you eed encouragement? Just let me know. I dont know about you, but I am a Christian and I believe in prayer and God answers prayer. I have seen results that He has.
