Well with Slim Fast, I can say that I did lose about 4 lbs a week for about a month. I was really motivating,but then....somehow I got unmotivated. I am at 280 now and I am really numb from it. I know that I&amp;#39;ve gained so much weight,but it still doesnt seem like its set in. I honestly feel as though if I dont do something now, that I will become very unhealthy. I am probably experiencing things already from my weight that I am not even aware of. For lunch I had a bowl of mixed veggies with a shake(strawberries and creme to be exact!YUM). On my 2nd break I had an applesauce,and dinner was a salad and 1/4 of a small Tony&amp;#39;s Pizza.DEE-LISH!
