Hi, I am the Un-official Door Greeter here at this Slim Fast site... So Hello and Welcome!

Determine to shrink down a few more sizes before I will be truly happy with my outer beauty  :-)

I am married and we have animals, but no children. I would guess they are one in the same at times :-)  We've had dogs, bunnies, kitties and ratties. I have worked at numerous jobs as an radio personality to Materials Manager for a large corporation. Working in my background of Quality Control (now laid-off) that has been like 20 years.

Trying to rebuild two old Schwinn Twinns to get my wife to ride with me on the local bike path.

  • DOWN ANOTHER 2 POUNDS

    It was another great weigh in to see yet another 2 pounds drop off.  5 more pounds and I'll be once again below 300.

    I still can not edit my profile to add my weight ticker to my posts.  I have written to tech support 3 times and still nothing.  No acknowledgement that they are looking into it.  Oh well what can I do about it.

    Well I hope all is well.

Hi, I'm Risa. Yea, we girls know nothing about water retention...lol. Our all famous #1 excuse. I'm not fat I'm just bloated. (joke). ok seriously though, try drinking cranberry juice (it's not only for kidney stones, you know). Other foods would be bananas (they're full of potasium, a natural diuretic). And for flavoring your food think lemon juice and parsley or other natural herbs. Quick processed foods also add water to you (more lbs) I hope I've helped you just a bit. It helped me, and I like my famous excuse (I'm just bloated).
