Not the healthies option but it still works. I have eaten lots of chili dogs while loosing the weight ! If you are doing low carb as well just read the lables to see which ones has the lowest in carbs and if no chili sauce around. Wrap your hotdog in cheese and add some mustard .. toss the bun and your good to go. There is alway a low carb way in most cases..
