I didnt experience crazy weight gain but what i did notice is i was hungry without the SF shakes. I was doing my best to maintain the healthy choices for snacks and dinner but i tell you, slim fast makes everything so easy and enjoyable. so now im back with my favs cappucino delight and french vanilla for my am meals and having fruit for lunch then for dinner i do awesome big salads with blue cheese crumbles, tomatoes and balsamic vinegar.
