And also the related areas? Trying out the others you suggested on the other thread for the weird patches. Don't have a gym nearby so need at home exercises. Any help would be welcomed. Have you tried the 5 hour energy drink. It really helps me out.

I also have a desk job. I hate it I have gained 40lbs. I hurt my knee and couldnt workout and with my job just sitting all day it didnt take long. So i completely feel your frustration. Any hints for excerise or good workout would be great

Oh by the way......their is a really great energy drink out their called Xenergy.. I usually get the Cherry Lime flavor. But anyways it has 0 calories and I think it works better than any energy drinks I have ever had. But I have only been able to find it at Holiday gas stations so far. What state do you live in?
