Im 18yrs old soon to be 19 and i have been struggleing with my weight for the past couple of years now. I have never been the skinny girl ive always had a few "extra pounds" but now its gotten out of control. I have joined this site in seach of friends to help me with my weight loss journey...

Hey Bre,

At some point everyone struggles with it!  Making it through the first week I knew was going to be hard for me, so I started with just having one shake for breakfast and trying to watch what I ate the rest of the day.  The second week I went to two shakes a day and have been working out along with it.  Now into my 3rd week I can't believe how motivated I am every morning to get up and start my day by working out!  It's such a great way to start the day!  At first I really struggled with wanting to get up as I am not a morning person, but now I wake up without an alarm most days.  If you don't have one already go to myfitnesspal.com and get a ticker.  I love seeing my little runner move and made one to have here at home so it's the first thing I see when I wake up.  I start the week every Sunday by going grocery shopping and prepare all of my snacks on Sunday so I have no excuses the rest of the week.  Hang in there, it will get easier!  When you see that scale drop ten pounds for the first time it will remind you how worth it YOU are!!
