Well, well, well, I can even surprise myself! I had set a goal of 230 by my b'day which is August 1. I got on the scales this morning for my own little weekly weigh in and lo and behold, there was 230 staring back at me! Wooooo Hoooo! Doing my little happy dance! Now on to the next goal.....215 by Labor Day. That one may be tough but I'm gonna give it my all! Hugs to you all!
