I watch all of my daily totals (cals, fat, sat. fat, carbs, etc.) like a hawk. I&amp;#39;m not a huge exerciser, but when I do, I lose better. I guess the main thing is I count every bite I put into my mouth. Oh yeah, I keep a scale, tsp. and tbs. right on my counter. I don&amp;#39;t trust my eyes for portion size, lol. You can do it Audra!
