Trust me there will be times when you just want to sit around and do nothing. Sometimes you will do nothing and sometimes you will make yourself do something. If exercise is your downfall, do some type of exercise that you really enjoy. Once your body gets use to exercising, it will depend on it. If eating bad food is your downfall, try harder to make better choices. And never say I CANT have this or I CANT have that. That will drive you crazy and you wont stick to the program. You CAN have these foods.... just not a lot of them and only in moderation.
