I am doing pretty good this is the first week in a long time that I have done both eat well and exercise at the same time!!... I have been doing my boxing and the just dance video.. it feels good my heel is doing ok I can tell I am doing more and feel it but nothing like it use to be..I am so tired of having the winter Blahs, so I am trying to life my spirits and get my body going..I want to feel better emotionally and I know pushing through this will get me to feeling much better!!! You girls are doing so well, and i often stop in just to check on you all.. I will try to start posting more and my weighs in.. I got it the other day and I am really liking it and its a challenge trying to get the moves the best you can.. has like 30 tracks.. all kinds of songs and u watch an image on the screen as if it was your reflection in a mirror and follow the moves!! So we are getting there little by little .. I go back in three weeks for insert.. She said I should be heading to a mends!!! If I do as she has told me, my first question was can I exercise, she said yes!! but need to wait until the shot sets in and takes like 48 to 72 hours usually so I figured i would wait until Monday to give it the time it needs... I just pray the shot does help to a start of me getting better.. I have heard stories sometimes one shot does not do it... I want the one to help me I know it not the cure, but its a help and I have to do as I have been told... so pray with me that monday will be a new day for me and I can exercise again... i told her how I gained 25 since i had started curves in 2008 i was down to 24 and got back up to 248 then droppped to 238 now around 240... I did not have a loss from the 3lbs over thanksgiving and from that time of the month, not sure really why I even did more exercising this past week, But this is a new week and seeing as the slim is on a recall right now I am going to not drink it until all is clear, but I am going to follow the weight watchers and see how that goes for now, I have lost on that before, I just need to start seeing some weight loss because it upsets when i seem to work so hard and no results.. anyway I will not give up, but its just very frustrating, I did my HIP HOP abs with Shawn T this morning. drinking my water and now I will get some breakfast.. I will start Journaling after Thanksgiving..&lt;/p&gt;</description></item><item><title>Friday I did not get all my water in and I certainly didnt eat enough.. 6:00 am cereal bar. and water 8:00 cup of coffee with slpenda and fat free creamer 10:00 a slimfast 1:30pm I had whats called a festa bowl normally done with rice, but I did mine with grilled fajita chicken, salsa, diced tomato&amp;#39;s green pepper, onion, corn , alittle shredded cheese and very little sour cream.. and water then I put my christmas tree up i started at 330 and I worked until 930 and I never ate or drank anything until I rolled some turkey up and a piece of low fat cheese.. and a slimfast peanut butter crunch.. so not a very good day eating all i should have.. Saturday!! I had around 10am slimfast blended with banana and teaspoon of peanut butter. 11:30 a few reduce fat wheat thins.. and low fat cheese square...water 2:00 had fresh fruit from the fruit bar at ukrops store while watching my sons soccer game.. 5:00 banana/ water 6:00 went to subway and I got a veggie pizza and had some of that... &lt;p&gt;I had around 10am&amp;nbsp; slimfast blended with banana and teaspoon of peanut butter.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;11:30&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;a few reduce fat wheat thins.. and low fat cheese square...water&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2:00&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; had fresh fruit from the fruit bar at ukrops store while watching my sons soccer game..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5:00&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; banana/ water&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6:00 went to subway and I got a veggie pizza&amp;nbsp; and had some of that...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did not get in as much water but i will increase tomorrow. whenon the go i do not drink as much because of having to potty so often lol,, We traveled today for the soccer game..&lt;/p&gt;

I will say my days got better, storm as passed here in Va and things getting back to normal, alot of people lost homes to flooding, we were blessed and had only some minor damage and never lost power thats a plus for sure.. As for my friend well still nothing has been accomplished,He is still being the stubborn man I have known him to be, but I made up my mind and I will not do this with him I will not allow my emotions to get all crazy again, I am the type of person that doesn&amp;#39;t like to hurt anyone or feel I have let them down so this as been tough, because I care, but seeing has he is taking this to the extremes to point he wants me to beg for his forgiviness No thank you I either matter and you go with I am sorry or you don&amp;#39;t...I just didnt get to his weddding because of reasons that couldnt be helped and he is acting like its the worst thing possible, and the sad thing is they are getting a Divorce now... I instead have had today so far A nutty ceral bar, a slimfast shake, water and I just had a few reduced fat wheat thins with piece of low fat cheese..I plan on drinking lots of water today, then I just might be floating just like things outside in the floods lol... You guys wish me luck today, Its been crazy already to where normally by now I am on my emotional eating venture. First me and a friend of ten years , had confrontation last night, that did not go so well. He and I have hurt each other through the years and I guess this time there is no looking back on his part, I hurt him by not going to his wedding, but he lives in New York and I in Va. and the weekend was a bad weekend here I had a soccer tournament out of the area I had to take my son to, But to him my friend he thinks it was a lame excuse and I should of been there. so several emails later we still are not fixed... In some ways I thnk it might be whats best, we have had such a roller coaster of a friendship with so many expectations,and emaotionally has torn me over the years.. and then with all this rain around the window frame of my front window we have a huge leak and its dripping in pretty bad, also the toliet upstairs was clogged this morning after my husband was in there and for some reason now its not draining properly, he is having to go in and out in the rain trying to see whats up the shower wont drain right also.. the downstairs is doing ok... So as you can see its been a crazy day and I am so trying to not go off on the emotional eating venture...
