I use the run program on the Wii Fitness Plus; I use the Free Run, set it for 30 min, strap it on the remote and jump on the treadmill. Kinda gives me a little more motivation to stay on that thing.. treadmills can get boring. I have a nice treadmill; I need to use it. I&amp;#39;m using it more this time in the 5k training to try to absorb some of the pressure of my foot. Today is just WALK in my 5k training... that will be tough, because I WANT to run soooo bad, I want to push myself.. but that is how I ended up with an injury. I&amp;#39;m going to stick to the three days a week running until I can do the 5k. I need to build up the right muscles. this is a big goal for me, and I want it so bad I can taste it. So, I need to follow the professional&amp;#39;s advice, stick to the plan man! I think the SpecialK challenge sounds great, and if you stick to JUST what they tell you to eat.. you will see results quick I&amp;#39;m sure of it. About this site. We all take what we need from it. Some log in everything, use all their great features.. but me.. I&amp;#39;m here for the support, buddies like you. I needed the GROUP. I write my food journal on a little notebook pad. I use the exercises on my Wii.. I chart my weight on my page not in the SF chart. I use my page for journaling my feelings too.. this helps me. I need to check out your blog speaking of that.. I&amp;#39;ve never poked into it.. I don&amp;#39;t use the SF drinks all the time either.. I was doing well.. then as you know how things can get.. let it slip away.. injury &amp;amp; laziness combined. well I&amp;#39;m about to have a birthday.. and it was a goal I had set last birthday.. so like most things I do, procrastination is one of my greatest skills.. I&amp;#39;m going to start training in hopes to complete a run the weekend before my birthday. I like the added preasure to it all.. makes it more exciting.
