About Me

hi,

i'm woe and my age is 38, i am 5 foot 3inches. i have been off and on diets for the last twenty years. i don't have any kids at home. all of mine are grown and in college. i just graduated from National College in Richmond, KY. I was 1 point from being honor student. I am like the rest of you in the way that i need support to. i have a hard time with my weight because i am an emotional eater to. this is some advice i can give to everyone else but can't take my self. don't get dicouraged over not moving the scale as long as it doesn't change. building muscles could cause the scale to stand still, this can be fixed two different ways: lift heavier weights and do five minute more arobics or exercise for ten minutes and then do a weight move (do this for3 sets of ten minute intravals)

  • ASK THE DIETITIAN

    I HAVE BEEN COOKING MEATS IN THE OVEN AND BIOLING THEM. i EAT RIGHT BUT HAVEN'T LOST ANY WEIGHT. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?

    I HAVE LOST OVER 90 POUNDS  AND NOW MY BODY DECIDES TO STOP. I HAVE BEEN AT THE SAME WEIGHT FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS.

  • EXERCISE

    LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN GIVE ME A NEW VARIETY OF EXERCISES AND BE MY BUDDY. I HAVE BEEN EXERCISING EVERY DAY FOR 10 YEARS AND I THINK I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THERE IS. EVEN SKY DIVING AND BUNGY JUMPING. NOTHING SEEMS TO GET MY ATTETION ANY MORE. HOW DO I FIX THIS I AM GOOD AT GIVING ADVICE TO EVERY ONE BECAUSE I HAVE HEARD EVERYTHING FROM MY DOCTOR. IT SEEMS I AM NOT EXERCISING ENOUGH FOR MY HEART DOCTOR. SHE TOLD ME MY BODY HAS ADJUSTED TO ONE HOUR OF AROBICS. SHE TOLD ME TO ONE HOUR FIFTEEN MINUTES. APPARENTLLY IT IS IMPORTANT TO L;OSE IF YOU HAVE HEART PEROBLEMS.

    hi coniconstance,

    my weekend was great but i did give into alittle fun. ialso didn't want to exercise so i didn't do and felt bad. i got up off the couch at seven thirty to do that. if you new me really well that would be impressive to you. i feel better nnow that i know what my weekness is. i know what not to do, i found every reason ot to buy my weakness. i hope you  have a better day then me my allergies are acting up.

    i always apologize it is part of my personality. my friends always tell me what you do. they even tell me i apologize for nothing. i don't want you to think that i was rude. ihave had problems with my personal life alittle and that is why i am depressed. i not giving up on myself at all.. my fiance has a friend that lifts weights he even got the body builders to tell him  how as a woman i can build miscles but look like a woman.  i have to find a way to  do the e-mail like you do but i am still trying to get that. my computer is not updated like the college is.  you are right pull this stuff off by layers. i started already pilling those layers off with my counselor. thank you for being my buddy. we do have a little more in common.

You are so thoughtful for checking on your buddy.  Things SUCK right now for me, lol.  I haven't weighed myself, but I had to get on some powerful steroids for this rash/hive thing  I got going on.  It looks SO bad.  Steroids can pack on the pounds, make u mean and increase the apatite.  OH it is so much fun.  I had lost the 14 pounds, but I'm afraid to say I'm sure I've gained at least 10 back.. maybe even the 14 or even a few for extra measure!  LIFE, whatcha gonna do?  I'm finally starting to lower my dosage and should be off entirely in the next coming week.  Back to day one, right?  at least I got buddies!  Hope all is well with you.  You having any accomplishments I should be jealous about???  Ur boyfriend's friends helping you with the weight lifting still?  Peace Coni

so how is it going?  Did you make it though the weekend OK?  Weekends are a tuff time for me, lots of temptation, during the week, I'm at work most the day.  Already Tuesday of the new week, and how is that treating you?

Please do not apologize for expressing your feeling to me or anyone.  Myself, I had to work on my inside before I could even start again on my outsides.  This journey/path I'm on now started in March, my 40th birthday.  LAYERS.  Lots of them.. I peel away one by one.  Got to get back to me.  This layer, the fat layer.. now its time I peal that away.  I wasn't ready to let it leave.  There is comfort in it, protection.  Protection I no longer desire or need.  Your going to do it.  We are going to do this thing!
