    you are doing well keep it up girl!!! i just started back to the basic slimfast plan today!! so we will see how it goes I really want this weight to start moving. so I am going to try and stick to it this time!!! now that i can exercise some also with the heel doing so much better..

  • Easter Goals

    we did the give a day get a day program for the tickets.  gathered hurricane relief boxes for kids to have.  Should be fun.  Shouldn't have an issue with any of the rides, I'm smaller and no up-side-down rides in the Magic Kingdom.  Should be nothing but fun.  I can't believe you are almost at your goal, amazing!  You have done so well.. just thinking that you'll hit your goal in Easter must be a real motivator.  Keep it up, and thanks for all the motivation you've given along the way!  peace coni

    you are doing great!!!! My foot is getting better! I am hoping to finally get to the 100 percent mark in my foot slowly,,  then maybe i get myself completely focused on both exercise and eating right... love the new picture!

    loving your new pictures you are posting.. besides just looking good, like really good, you are looking so much younger.  I bet you feel younger?  I can't believe how many hours a day you work out as well!  You are amazing.  I've been tossing around the idea of joining a gym.. but then I think, stick to the jogging, get good at it and you can do it for free whenever you want.  I just need to add some weight training into my workout.. maybe a bike for some low impact workout too.  right now the Wii covers those two areas.. but got to mix it up a bit to keep me motivated.  Next month is the Magic Kingdom for me!  We are only doing the one park but staying for three days.. gonna just chill at the resort.. it is a nice one.  I do hope it warms up a bit for some pool time.. but will be happy just to get away!  Thanks for checking on me.. you've been a great inspiration, cheerleader and friend along the way.. I can't believe you are almost at that goal!  Remarkable.

    For the kind and encouraging words, they mean a lot. And now I feel a little guilty because I had a very BAD weekend kicked off by a work party gone a little wild.  I don't usually drink much (at all) so it threw my whole system for a loop and had me eating salty stuff to make up for it all weekend.  What a mess!!  I'll be hoping to stay the same this week but I just don't know if that's going to happen.  It's so frustrating because I was doing so well up to Fri. night...Oh well, today is another day, back on the horse:)  Hope you have a great healthy week!!!!

    Keep on keepin on!!!! you are doing great!!! I want to be on and in this journey with yall and so far I have  done nothing but gain and lose the  same 6 lbs... When thing is off  in my life then I am off all the way around, amd my foot has put me in a whirl wind!!! but hopefully in time  it will be right again!! I go back on the 28th and I hope she can  get me on the recovered list.. so to speak.. first week after the shot I felt great second week now have days I feel its off still and I am afraid to exercise and really get back in a routine and the pain return more.. so hopefully after the 28th i will have more answers...

    I have lost 17lbs in 3 months. Which I am thrilled with. My wife and I joined a gym about a month ago and are working out almost daily.

    Hi Linda, You are doing so great! We started the new contest and Friday was our first weigh in. I didn't have a loss but I didn't have a gain either. This last 24 pounds is going to be tough to lose but I know I will. I kinda took a break in the month of Dec. with my foot hurting so bad but I have started walking again on my breaks at work. It's time to get back on track. I can't wait to be in the appropriate BMI range myself you must feel awesome!  Have a great week!

    Great picture, Linda!  I can definitely tell a difference.  You are doing an amazing job.  I must echo sayeater's comment about you spending 2 hours at the gym  EVERYDAY!!!  Umm...WOW!  Good for you!  Keep it up.  Looks like you and I are making about the same progress.  I started on Sept. 1 and have lost 38 pounds.  Feels awesome, doesn't it?  God Bless ~~ Hilary

    You rock!  You seriously go to the gym for 2 hours...everyday!!??  I was so excited I did my little 15 minutes this morning and that I plan on doing it 3 days this week.  Talk about having to step it up a notch!  Oh well, I'm sure you're in great shape because of it and you definitely have the weigh loss to show for it, so keep up the good work!  Great job avoiding the Chinese pitfall!  Everything in moderation right?
