It gets easier every week. Your walk to Walgreens is great, any exercise you get helps a lot. One thing that I think is very very important is to make sure you drink ALL of your water every day. It fills you up and it also helps so much when you are trying to lose weight. It is not easy for me to do it every day...but I force myself to drink it all. Don&amp;#39;t worry that you can&amp;#39;t make the meals they recommend. Just count your calories on here for whatever you eat (healthy choices, of course) and stay below your recommended calorie intake. Look at some of the woman who are my buddies, they are losing weight...this plan works if you stick with it. All I can say is listen to her. She has commited to this and I feel that she and hjsmith could be extremely helpful to you. They post regularly and are a great inspiration...oh, and I see that coni is already your buddy, she is another great one to have. She&amp;#39;ll give you a little comic relief (she&amp;#39;s too funny sometimes). These three woman will help you. They have long journeys too, but they just do it and they are amazing. If you come here everyday it will help you so much. You are a young woman with your whole life ahead of you. You are much too young to be so hard on yourself. Just think, if you take the next year to focus on your health and weight loss, you can be the person you want to be by your 21st birthday!!! Now, thats a good goal. As far as meeting people in your new town, maybe attend a Weight Watchers meeting locally or attend church services. Go places where you won&amp;#39;t feel like you are being judged. I recently read a great book called, &amp;#39;Life is hard, Food is Easy.&amp;#39; I highly recommend it. This weight loss journey is difficult for all of us. I struggle daily, but having this website to come to where I know there are people who care and understand is soooo helpful.
