I&amp;#39;m not used to forums. Good with computers and I do a lot of chat rooms, but forums? ehh! @_@ Not really. But I have been wanting to post something or aother. My weekend didn&amp;#39;t go so well. I&amp;#39;m going to Savannah next week (REALLY REALLY EXCITED! I love Savannah) for Thanksgiving with family, which kind of puts a bum on my whole weight loss plan. I always feel the most self concious around new people but MOSTLY around my family. Idk why the family more than anyone else. But either way I have been trying to stick to the diet as best as I can. However I haven&amp;#39;t followed the meal plan. I&amp;#39;ve used the powder shake - what&amp;#39;s it called xD - and a few tips from the meal plan, but it gets a little hard to make something exactly as they have it when... you don&amp;#39;t have the stuff. o.o; Either way I didn&amp;#39;t do so hot over the weekend because I went to my parents (I live alone and usually go to my parents on certain weekends to do laundry... I don&amp;#39;t have a washer or a driey T_T) and while there I was a major couch potatoe. (I don&amp;#39;t have cable either and they do! T_T) But even still being the couch potatoe for a weekend wasn&amp;#39;t good, I was at least proud of something I did do. I didn&amp;#39;t nibble or munch while watching TV... even though I do have a habit of doing that. o.o Bad! No munchies! But I did make a custard pie! =x I like to bake all kinds of goodies ^_^ but don&amp;#39;t very often. BUT! Again I restrained myself and didn&amp;#39;t eat a whole bunch of the pie. Left that up to my EXTREMELY THIN COULD WRAP A RUBBER BAND AROUND HIS WAIST dad o.o who never worries about gaining a poud! x.x LUCKY! In fact he&amp;#39;s the opposite and wishes he COULD gain weight! ... Wanna change daddy? =D Lol. But coming home yesterday - late - I didn&amp;#39;t do much, but today I realized I was out of milk so regardless if I wanted to or not I did go for a nice walk. Put my headphones on and strolled on down to Wallgreens, which is about 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back. ... Coming back was a little harder than I remember - I usually walk to Wallgreens at lest 3 times a week - but I think the milk weighed more than it was supposed! x.x I thought I was going to die walking up this TALL hill back with a gallon of milk!!!
