I am 61 years old and live in Florida. Have been on and off Slim Fast for more years than I care to count. I have met my goal once and have let myself slip back to old bad habits. I am back and will keep coming back until I get it right again. Looking for all my old buddies hope we find each other once again..

Where is everyone

Hi Pann or Wanda or Carolyn, or Senior Citizen...where has everyone gone to. I wish SF gave a heads up that they were changing everything we became familiar with. It is sad that we lost our group. I have no idea if I am even posting anywhere as I have written two of these and have not seen any response........?
