I was just checking in on you. You have way too much energy for me. I took a little time off and you were gone. I am glad to see the program is working out for you. It would work a lot better if they put the cans back on the shelf and I hope they don't go raising the prices cause they made a mistake. Your very refreshing full of energy you wake up the dead........Be Blessed.

It's great to have you join us on the Thursday weigh in. You picked a good day if it's support you need all of us are here for you..........you will get out of it what you put into it like I tell everyone. Anyone can hang in here when the scale moves in your favor but only the strong will survive when it doesn't..........Congratulations on making it pass the fast food chains.........thats a great start and a battle you will have to overcome dailey........everyday the sun won't shine but keep getting up bc your worth it............and only you can make that change..........hoping to celebrate with you when you reach the promise land. Don't forget to keep a food journal it really helps. drink all your water most of us have a problem with that one.....................All my best to you..........twistygirl
