  • Falling Down

    Hey everyone! Well... I fell off a bit the last few weeks. I went away for a wedding July 10th, and ever since I got back, I haven't been able to get back into the swing of things. I haven't been able to get my shakes, due to bills that were begging for my attention, so i have been improvising by not having breakfast and just eating lunch and dinner. Well that hasn't been working very well for me. I also caught the flu right after, so I was achy and tired. I haven't worked out for about a week! I felt so bad. I'm finally starting to feel better so I'm out of the bed and moving around the house. I'm getting back to the routine today. Though I don't have any shakes yet, I'm eating salads, and drinking protein water.I did miss bfast today :-( , but I will have it tomorrow!

    Well... here I am. Today (well technically yesterday, since its after 12am) was my brother's wedding... and I did pretty well, food-wise. Problem was that I had liquid calories today. Champange, beer, chocolate soda (there was a theme)... I really over did the liquids. I'm about to go work out for a bit before i go to bed. I have an early flight. G'night lovies.

    Man, I almost slipped today! I had to run to the cleaners this morning before I had my first shake of the day. MISTAKE lol... I live next to an Arby's, McDonalds, and WaWa (It's an East coast food-mart/gas station). As soon as I stepped outside the door I wanted a McMuffin! Then I got in the car and the cleaners are next to the Arby's. Glad they weren't open yet. I dropped my clothes off and double timed it back home and had my shake. It was a close call, but I made it!

    Well, this is week 3. Let me let you all know what has gone on thus far...

    Week one- 311lbs to 306lbs

    Week two- 306 lbs to 309lbs

    Week 3    - 309 lbs to 308lbs

    Okay, so I'm back on the right path. I was so upset with myself for gaining three pounds, I just beat myself up over it. Now, i'm over it, and I'm moving forward. I have decided to up my workouts to once a day, no matter what it is. and I'm cutting out my fried foods, and i'm going to make it mandatory to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day... I'm going to see where this gets me. I can't be fat anymore...

    Also, this weekend coming up is my brother's wedding. I haven't seen my brother or father or any of my family back home (Ohio) in 8 years... and i've gained about 60 pounds since then too :-( I'm already stressing and worried and I already feel embarrassed. I'm just hoping that everything goes quickly so I can come back to Delaware and Hide. Damn shame isn't it? I'll really be glad to loose at least 20 pounds so I can feel like going out in public again.
